Beginner Series

Learn the foundations of UDS through our beginner series. Although our regular classes do not require prior martial arts experience, we still welcome anyone interested in taking the time to perfect basic, but crucial combat techniques. We will focus on kicking and punching with power and agility using Savate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing. Furthermore, we will improve self-defense skills with FMA and increase endurance and stamina with cardio-intensive drills.

Focus Mitts Classes

Whether you’re a personal trainer or you’re interested in becoming a boxing/kickboxing trainer, knowing how to hold mitts is essential in improving the performance of your clients. We will teach you how to hone the right techniques and get rid of unnecessary habits, so that punching combinations become an automatic reflex. Most importantly, we will teach you how and when to provide feedback, so that clients remain motivated.
